Paul Haines


Paul Haines graduated from his B. App. Sc (Human Movement) degree in 2001 at the University of South Australia and has since had 20 years’ experience training high level athletes from a wide variety of sports.

A keen sportsman with a great passion for an active & healthy lifestyle, Paul's experience with elite sport strength & conditioning began at the Adelaide Crows Football Club in the AFL competition where his role developed into Rehabilitation Coach. He has since worked with the Geelong Football Club as Conditioning Manager and more recently worked with the Gold Coast Suns as Rehabilitation Coach.

Employing a holistic approach, Paul now operates a High-Performance Consultancy business. His clientele includes individual athletes from a range of different sports including V8 Supercars, Super-bikes, MotoX, Athletics, Cycling & Swimming. Utilising the concepts derived from professional sport, Paul also consults with the Australian Army assisting in the rehabilitation of soldiers, as well as providing innovative training techniques to assist Human High-Performance capabilities for soldiers.
